Postage, Packing and Payment

If you have just returned from making your payment through Paypal,

WELCOME BACK!

Thank you for your payment. Your transaction has been completed, and a receipt for your purchase has been emailed to you. You may log in to your account at https://www.paypal.co.uk/ to view details of this transaction.

Dispatch
As soon as you submit your details in the checkout process and The Chicken and Hen Shop receives confirmation and clearance of payment for your order, your item/s will be sent to the address given through this site and via your chosen method of payment, usually within the next two working days. Your personal details will remain confidential and will not be used by third parties other than your chosen payment gateway, e.g. Paypal, Nochex.

Orders outside of the United Kingdom
The Chicken and Hen Shop will ship to other countries, but please e-mail first for postage costs. Payment can be made securely through Paypal in your own currency in most cases.

Returns Policy
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return the item/s and will be given a full refund, less P&P, providing the items are in the condition they were sent to you and they are returned within 14 days of receipt.

In order to keep costs as low as possible, and in the interests of the environment, The Chicken and Hen Shop will use recycled packaging when available.

Payment
In support of secure on-line trading, The Chicken and Hen Shop will accept payment through an approved, secure payment gateway, e.g. Paypal, Nochex. See below for details. You can also pay by Postal Order through a post office or by personal cheque. If paying by cheque please be aware that you will need to allow time for it to clear before your items are dispatched. For orders outside of the United Kingdom, payment will only be accepted via Paypal. Paypal accepts payment in many different currencies and you can check their website to see if yours is accepted.
