Postage, Packing and PaymentIf you have just returned from making your payment through Paypal, WELCOME BACK! Thank you for your payment. Your transaction has been completed, and a receipt for your purchase has been emailed to you. You may log in to your account at https://www.paypal.co.uk/ to view details of this transaction. Dispatch Orders outside of the United Kingdom If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return the item/s and will be given a full refund, less P&P, providing the items are in the condition they were sent to you and they are returned within 14 days of receipt. Postage and Packing P&P costs are stated in the item description. In order to keep costs as low as possible, and in the interests of the environment, The Chicken and Hen Shop will use recycled packaging when available. Payment In support of secure on-line trading, The Chicken and Hen Shop will accept payment through an approved, secure payment gateway, e.g. Paypal, Nochex. See below for details. You can also pay by Postal Order through a post office or by personal cheque. If paying by cheque please be aware that you will need to allow time for it to clear before your items are dispatched.
